POMPANO BEACH, FL (CelebrityAccess) — Organizers announced that One Love Bahamas, a benefit concert to assist the victims of Hurricane Dorian, will take place on Nov. 23rd at the Amphitheater in Pompano Beach, Fla.
According to organizers, 100% of net proceeds from the event will go to hurricane relief efforts. The City of Pompano, who have been collecting donations of food, water and other survival support essentials to assist victims of the deadly storm, has offered to host the event.
“We could not stand by idly when our brothers and sisters in the Bahamas are experiencing such devastation,” said Rob Tischler, a One Love Bahamas co-producer.
The lineup for the event will be announced in the coming days, but organizers for the event promise it will feature “renowned artists and entertainers from around the world.”
Tickets for One Love Bahamas will go on sale Thursday, September 26, 2019, at 10 a.m., through Ticketmaster.
