NEW YORK (CelebrityAccess) Former CBS Television chief Les Moonves is expected to get a $120 million payout from the company but that may be under review after a New York Times expose yesterday that focuses on an alleged, detailed incident between Moonves and a possible client, actress Bobbie Phillips and includes the pull quote, “If Bobbi talks, I’m finished.”

The article chronicles an alleged incident inside Moonves’ office in 1995 that led to a recent concern with Phillips hiring an attorney in the age of the #MeToo movement. It begins with an aspiring, young actress being forced to perform a sex act in exchange for better television roles and ends with the possible review of Moonves’ exit package of $120 million.

“Whether Mr. Moonves was honest with CBS’s investigators could determine whether he collects a $120 million severance payment,” the Times reported. “If he was fired for cause, CBS doesn’t have to pay him anything. Under his contract, failing to cooperate fully in a company investigation constitutes ’cause.'”

Moonves would only comment to the paper that he insisted that any sexual encounters between him and Phillips were consensual.
