LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) BASE Hologram has announced it has hired David Parr as its new exec VP of location-based production global sales.
Parr will be responsible for residency sales related to museums, retail centers, and various other destination and event programming, according to a statement.
“David has made a great impact in the marketing world and we know he will be a valued addition to the team,” said Tim Ward, President of BASE Hologram. “As we grow as a company and bring on new projects into this innovative space, his experience will be incredibly valuable to helping continue to develop new projects that no one else is doing. “
Prior to joining BASE, David was Executive Producer for X3 Productions and oversaw the sales, marketing and touring of the Star Wars Identities exhibition to world-class institutions.
Previously, David was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Premier Exhibitions, managing tour development and sales and marketing for both their permanent and touring exhibitions (Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition; Bodies Revealed; Pompeii, The Exhibition; Saturday Night Live, The Exhibition). He also has been head of Market Development for the show, Cavalia, and Vice President, Event Sales & Marketing at Feld Entertainment (Disney on Ice and Ringling Bros. Circus).
