OHIO (CelebrityAccess) – The Butler Institute of American Art has announced a new exhibition of paintings by John Mellencamp.
The show, which has been titled “John Mellencamp: Expressionist” is the songwriter’s second exhibition with the Ohio-based art museum, which is known for exhibiting works by famous actors and musicians including Bob Dylan, Peter Falk, Tony Bennett, Jessica Lange, Ronnie Wood and Kim Novak.
John Mellencamp: Expressionist opens Sept. 20 and runs through Nov. 18. The exhibit will include portraits and mixed-media pieces.
