GRONINGEN, NLD (CelebrityAccess) – Roskilde, Wacken Open Air, NorthSide, Pohoda, and Mojo Concerts were among the big winners at last night’s 10th annual European Festival Awards.
Held at Eurosonic Noorderslag in Groningen, Netherlands, the award show once again recognized excellence in 15 categories including best new festival, best major festival, best promoter, best agent and more.
Eurosonic Noorderslag co-founder and outgoing creative director Peter Smidt took home the lifetime achievement award, while the best newcomer artist award went to Greta Van Fleet.
Performances for the evening included Grant and Bishop Briggs.
